Always busy, but clean. The people who work there are so nice. It hurts my soul to see them work for a soul sucking corporation that would replace them with a monkey. Shout out to Jessica, Eileen, that sweet crippled girl at the register who’s engaged and the Indian lady that works during the day. I’m sorry I don’t know your names but you all are the freaking best.
Walmart is my all time favorite store to go to for every thing. They have groceries but no produce. I get my cat cans of Friskies, Temptation treats, litter all at reasonable prices. Laundry supplies, hair products, bath soap, cleaning supplies, sheets, mattress pads, bedspreads, towels, clothes, Bic lighters - 5 pack, very good price. It's my go to store to buy so many things. I usually buy more than what I needed to get. Very clean and the people who work there are very helpful. If you ask them if they know where something is they don't just give you directions they take you to where you need to go to find what you were looking for.
The shelves are stocked, the employees are so much friendlier & helpful. You can see they're really trying at this store! Glad to see it! Keep up the good work guys! It's paying off!!!
They have REALLY cleaned this store up! Before new management & or employees, this place was DIRTY! UNORGANIZED! OUT of STOCK!!! & the bathrooms...UGH! Don't even get me started on that!!! NOW!!~! the restrooms are SO MUCH CLEANER! they smell better! have toilet paper!
I was shopping for a cell phone case. When I asked the staff in the Entertainment Dept. for assistance, not only was she NOT HELPFUL SHE WAS CURT AND RUDE!! As it turned out, she was the manager of that department!! The product I was looking for is sold at other Walmart stores. She could have looked up what I was looking for and sent me to a Walmart that had what I needed. Additionally, I asked her about something else and she said, "NO!" I was asking if I could have the empty box in the isle. She did say it was Walmart was refunded for recycling that particular box. Maybe she wasn't having the best day, however, being rude and completely unhelpful is not how to treat customers. She is a department manager and should be demonstrating to her staff how to provide excellent customer service. If they see her treating customers poorly, they will follow her lead.
After reading so many horrible reviews I was dreading going to get the tires I ordered installed. From what I saw it looks like someone has read the reviews and/or changed management. The staff were friendly, several asked if I'd been helped (not a cell phone in sight); the store was clean and well organized, even with all the Christmas sales. The bathrooms were clean and even the waiting area at the tire center was comfortable. It actually ended up being one of the nicer Walmarts I've been to, so thanks to all the bad reviewers who prompted them to make changes!
