I've always found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. Those complaining of poor customer service might consider trying to be better customers. It never ceases to amaze me how rude some people can be.

Joann Fabrics has a wide range of artwork products. The yarns are beautiful and there is a wide variety as well. The prices are a bit high though. They teach sewing and cake decorating too I was told some time ago.
