Horrible experience, There was a hair stylist by name Laurie she didn't know what she was doing, she was too rude with my kid who was 6 yrs old. Never cleaned the hair cutters and didn't listen how the cut needs to be done. Worst experience at Newington great clips location. Never go with Laurie hair stylist others may be good.
This was the first time I tried Great clips @Berlin Turnpike.. My stylist was extremely helpful and a good listener.. Loved my new looks. Thanks for the quick service
Today we went to great clips with my husband and 2y.o son and that woman i believe her name is Diane (blond, short hair, around fifties who claims that she used to own the salon) start giving us that bad attitude only because my husband asked her to cut his hair shorter, so her respond was like 'are you a haircutter???' No,he's not,he just wanted his hair shorter!!! Then my 2 y.o. son was hanging around his father, so she just kicked my kid out!!! He's only 2!! He can't sit still in the waiting area!! I was there with him all the time, but i can't just tight him to the chair!!! Besides, we used to go there every time, and there was never an issue with my kid running around! Other haircutters was very friendly to my child!! Avoid that blond around 50 y.o. who also smokes in front of the customers!!!
Love this place! I always come here and my hair always looks fantastic. People give my compliments on my cut and ask where I got my hair done all the time. This Great Clips is my favorite! I will always recommend.
My experience is worst ... yesterday only I went there for haircut ... I clearly told her how much hair she has to cut bt I don't know she was new or inexperienced ... she just chopped my long beautiful hair in just half ... I was shocked to see it ... I was crying like anything ... when my husband spoke to her (ESTEFANY) she and her colleague started abusing us ... my family and so many friends regularly go to great clips ... bt after this episode we r not going there anymore... really I m very disappointed
