Every customer service personnel was polite and efficient. Enjoyed my visit
Store is clean and nice enough. However, service is lacking. Went for paint once and waited a very long time before employees finally explained they were still filling another customer's order (there were two employees in the paint dept at the time). On another trip I went to plumbing and couldn't find what I needed. I asked an employee who was nearby and was told that I should ask someone in the plumbing section. He didn't offer any help at all and seemed annoyed that I asked him. I pushed a button for assistance after walking the plumbing section twice. Waited a while longer only to find out they didn't have what I needed. Plumbing section employee barely knew what I was asking for. I won't be back a third time.
Went there to get a smoke detector it was priced wrong was going to stand inn customer service lady at the counter yells no returns here which I was not then calls. Guy named Jim he is in mood to help says he doesn’t have any knowledge of price then yells over to other employee in paint section he doesn’t know anything so he say he doesn’t have a price gun to check Wow what a service they really need better customer service never going back there again lost a customer for ever and won’t recommend anyone else to go there either.
Always have what i am looking for... at peak hours they need to open more check out lines but aside from that....
I like Lowe's, of course I usually shop at my local hardware store first. They were not open today and I needed sand asap to cover some ice on my driveway. Lowe's had it and the guy at the info desk at the door told me where to find it. U also spotted a nice metal toolbox while I was there. It was a very pleasant experience.
