Resonably priced. The staff is courteous, very helpful and will go above and beyond to find and order on any stock outs.
I've been a longtime customer here, but after my last experience I will never be back. A few weekends ago l purchased several curtains and curtain rods that ended up not working out the way I wanted so I decided to return them. Unfortunately for me I did not hold onto the receipt, but in this day and age if you use your card to buy something retailers can look up that purchase easily. But not at Ann & Hope. I returned the curyains and rods two weeks later and was given a store credit for an amount that was $40 less than what I paid because they were on sale at some point in the previous year! How is that even legal?? I will never be back; buyer beware!
