I switched from my previous insurance company to this Geico office about three years ago and it was the best decision I ever made! My agent Shanoen is always so helpful and takes care of any issues I have extremely quickly. I would highly recommend.
Horrible service ever !! Called for road assistance at 6:53am no one showed up till 11:15am. About time the tow guy showed up someone else was already helping me. Like why am I paying for road assistance again ??
Terrible service ... Over priced... Then raises priums of ppl who don't have accident.... Very disgusting company... Takes advantage of the public
The only reason I selected 1 star is because I cannot select a zero. I dealt with an issue that resulted as a billing error (GEICO's error). I had to call in over 10 times, each call lasting over an hour (hold + time being on the line with a rep). Each rep made up their own version of a story so that the time lapsed for my refund and my next payment was due. I ended up paying almost $1000 in 1 month for insurance. I was denied the right to speak to a manager 3 times today alone, I was told that a manager would call me back and I am still waiting 13 BUSINESS days later. I guess they do what ever they want. Needless to say I am not going to be a customer any longer. This is disgusting, the inhumanity that was exhibited by these heartless individuals is ridiculous. To make matters worse, I made over 10 calls - each and every rep told me lies! I am a paying customer, they admitted to being at fault in their billing - and then blatantly refused to give me my money!?! 15 minutes or less can cost you a WHOLE LOT MORE. Buy a policy with extreme caution, they are not ethical in the least bit!
Extremely horrible customer service. Unwilling to help and guarantee to be on hold for over an hour when asking to speak with a higher up. I have been a customer for over 5 years and it is time to switch.
