Very rude. When submitted documents they lost all of then had to re send. Just to get ask to send them again. Almost two hours on hold.
scumbags. almost 3 hours on hold and i got hung up on before i even finished my first sentence.
Some of the staff very abrasive and unprofessional. I call only to be put on hold for over half an hour then get a rude person. They need to hire more people to pick up the phone lines!
Long hold times and when submitting documents, they screwed up my insurance by entering my birthday wrong. i had an emergency dentist appointment and was not able to be seen until the DSS fixed their error. Such an inconvenience .
