This is a great location to store at. The Manager here is Great. She's gone over and beyond to help me and my family with our storage needs. The price is very reasonable and it's a clean place. I've stored before but the Customer service here is amazing. That was our best experience and is what made us decide to rent in the first place.
Edit: I ended up being disappointed with my experience. I paid extra for a climate controlled unit. For the three months I had my unit, the HVAC system was broken for two of them. Why it took so long to fix is beyond me. I complained several times and it just seemed like they weren't taking the issue seriously. I'm happy to be out!
Melissa of the Fenn Street site in a Newington was absolutely the best... from her smile and up beat personality, to her attention to detail and my personal storage needs... she went beyond the call of duty and stayed later than her time that she was suppose to just to accommodate me...
