Great fast food place one of the best in my opinion you wouldn't even think it's fast food sometimes the food they gave you because it's actual sandwiches you can get from this place you can get fast food items as well too of course like you're deep fried chickens hamburger type things but you could also get something as simple as like a ham and cheese for an example. But I have to admit my absolute favorite thing it makes me love this place more than anything is it's the only place that you can get the curly seasoned fries from a fast food restaurant I've always loved those and always wondered why more places don't give them out and before I wait here I thought no one gave them out. Then I want to hear one day and then I saw they had them and I was jumping for joy that alone in my opinion is worth a 5-star rating if I could I would give them more for their fries and their sandwiches alike now I don't usually think too highly the fast food place but this place in particular is pretty damn good
Went to Arby's yesterday for lunch around 2pm yesterday. Not only were they "completely out" of the new promotional menu items ie: deep fried turkey sandwiches and the gobbler, they were out of most of their regular menu items as well as sandwich toppings like lettuce. The manager did not seem to care one bit that people were angry and/or just walked out of the "restaurant". We filled out the online survey about our "experience" and I had marked off that I would like someone from Arby's to contact me about our visit. They left me a voicemail today saying how they were unsuccessful in reaching me (they called once, and I couldn't answer because I was working and unable to answer my phone) and left no number for me to call back. Basically the voicemail said sorry, not sorry and that was it. Not very impressed with the service at either the restaurant level or the customer service level. Will not be going back.
Just had the pork belly sandwich with fries, jalapeño slider and a salted caramel cookie and it was just perfect. Employee that served me at the register was great too very nice and friendly.
Eh, well kinda good. Kinda boring, but so and so. Kinda boring, but kinda good too. But well, the drive-thru is kinda boring. The inside of the building is kinda boring. It's a kinda good menu. Eh, so and so.
This was probably the worst fast food experience I ever had. The roast beef and cheddar sandwich was disgusting. I don't even think it was real roast beef. The cheese sauce was cold, the fries were cold and the sweetened ice tea was nasty. Will never go back to Arby's again!!!
