Drove out here on a Friday at 11:00am only to find out the store was closed even though the hours on the door and online said they open at 9:00am. I called later in the afternoon to see if they were open and they said they had problems with their opening employee so they opened hours later then normal. When I made a second trip out there the same day, the salesmen didn't seem to care much about their job and didn't know basic information. A huge downside for me is that they only had about 6 woman's shoes. huge bummer. Not super happy with this store even though I know red wing boots are great. Just needs a better manager/owner :)
The manager was rude when I returned for a bigger size. I couldn't even walk they were so tight. But she insisted that's how there suppose to be. I have issues with painful feet so craming them in a boot doesn't help. Thank God she exchanged them cause sales were final on clearance items.
I find exactly what I'm looking for every time
It took several fittings to find the right pair of shoes. I bought a pair, took them home and after two days of wearing them the eyelet hole broke. So I took them back and Exchange them
I went in 45 min before closing, heard the two sales guys crying about “customers coming in close to closing” didn’t get an ounce of help but instead was rushed out of the store. Ended up purchasing a pair of boots, that cost more then the two employees make in a day... needless to say, the boots are horrible. I wore them for 45 min and returned to the store and they won’t accept a return or exchange. It’s like everyone that works at this store is high on Xanax.... guess I would be to if I was 35 and made 10$ an hour selling over priced work boots that are made in china. But just my two cents, will be donating the $200 boots to charity.
