I came to Scarlett Lashes to get the full set lash extensions. My appointment was booked for 5:00 with Karina, but when i got there i was sitting in the waiting room until about 5:30 until Karina came to get me. I find this very ironic since they stress the importance of being on time on their waiver, and claim to charge a tardy fee. Since she didn't take me in until 5:30 my appointment wasn't done until about 7:20 when it was supposed to be 5:00-7:00. The receptionist was unwelcoming and didn't even acknowledge me the whole time i was waiting. During the actual lash application my eyes and nose were burning which never happened when i got extensions done at another place, where i felt nothing at all during the procedure. The lashes themselves looked good except for some of the lashes being bunched on top of each other making them look kind of thick.
Kelly Nixon microbladed my brows beautifully. Conpletely pain free as well. I love this salon.
Had a wonderful experience this passed weekend getting my eyeliner and my eyebrows microbladed by Kelly. He was great to work with and both my eyeliner and my brows came out awesome! Would recommend to everyone :)

Julia and her staff are super nice they always make me feel very welcomed and are super attentive. Julia is very passionate in what she does and it shows in her work. I love her and her staff there is no one else I would trust with my lashes and brows! I’m always more than satisfied with her work after leaving her boutique. I always refer her to all of my friends and family. You will not be disappointed.
Julia is the best technician I ever met. I am a lash addict and had my lashes done in homes and other salons tried clusters and individuals. I went to Julia and explained my desired look of full volume lashes and she made it happen!
