Many years with Planet, we’ll see how new management does. Gate is good, but unit was broken into once. Planet didn’t shovel making it tough to access Christmas decorations. Could add more lighting. No mice!!!
Had a small storage unit there for two years. The monthly storage rate went up three times in that span. I recommend negotiating the rate for the entire length of your rental if you can. Place was always clean, the unit was dry, and accessible. Outside of the rental increases, I cant complain.
