Just waited twenty minutes to deal with a completely rude staff and two wrong orders and my coffee still sucks because they were obviously careless and inconsiderate of their customer satisfaction. Definitely not stopping at this Dunkin Donuts ever again. Waste of $5.

I was in the drive thru on 9/4/17. @ 11:20am.I ordered a ice coffee. I didn't see the sign for the deal of ground coffee till I completed my order and was proceeding to the window to pay. So I asked the girl at the window could you add it to my order. She told me she could not do add ons at the window. So I asked her to start a new order so I could buy some. She told me she couldn't because there was 2 other cars behind me! I know this can be done I have done it before by adding another coffee a few days earlier will no longer go to this Dunkin Donuts! You don't seems to want my money.
Idk how they do it but they somehow mess up my order EVERY time I go here it's actually funny at this point
We like coming to this location on Sundays after church. It not too busy and you can exit on to Cedar Street easily. During the week it can be hard to get in and out because of the traffic on Cedar street.
