The Therapists are not only experienced but are all very personable, caring about each of their clients. This makes your therapy sessions a lot easier to go through!
The front desk staff are very personable. As the first point of contact for patients, this is very important. There is tremendous flexibility in scheduling appointments which has been super helpful. My physical therapist, Alycia Pushard, is incredible! She's knowledgeable, she has actually had the injury and surgery from which I'm recovering, she gives me a pep talk when I'm having a day where I feel like I'm not progressing enough and she praises me when I'm seeing gains. Recovering from an injury isn't just physical, it's also emotional and I'm cared for on all fronts. Every staff member at this facility is upbeat and personable and I highly recommend them!
