I rented a car for the weekend. I was not informed that the car did not have a CD player. The car had xm radio but it was not set up. When Tim was showing me the car that was something he should have mentioned.

After making reservations at the New Britain office for a car to visit family for the weekend and upon arrival having NO car left at all for us.... I came to Newington Enterprise were a Nice guy named Kevin went out his way to stay open a tad bit longer as I sped across town to make it there. He was really apologetic for New Britains mistake and had me in and out in less the 5minutes.
