A good place to get nice cell phone
I have been in sprint for over 10 years. Now they have a much worse network. When I decided to move to verizon they demanded an overdue payment for leasing the phones. I paid but the phones do not want to unlock. I'm waiting 2 months for them and nothing. I lost money and phones.Sprint is thieves and fraudsters and the service in this store is terrible and not nice. Never choose Sprint. if you want to save money.
They were EXTREMELY nice & they help me purchase a new phone & speaker in my budget. I was completely satisfied!
These people are just plain liars in this store. They upgrade your phone's with great promotional pricing and tell you in addition to that you are eligible for 300 dollars worth of free accessories. Then you get the bill and find out that you are paying 32.00 per month for your "free" accessories. A call to corporate confirms that this store is known for that. Stay away from this store unless you want to be lied to.
Store in Berlin was great getting though costumer service was very long time about 40 mins than every thing was ok
