In 40 years of audiophilia this as fine a retail buying experience as I have had. A relaxed, respectful attitude by all on staff, helpful and totally knowledgeable. Tremendous products at totally competitive prices - online or otherwise - with a caring and considerate attitude. These people go the extra mile. If you are anywhere within driving distance of this store and you want the good stuff from good people, make the trip.

I stopped in the check the store out and was floored! The owner's knowledge of stereo equipment is incredible. His ability to listen to my wants and in a slow and clear way, explain or educate me on today's products was invaluable. You will never get this level of service/knowledge from an (unnamed) big box stereo store. Everything they carry sounds great or better and prices vary from entry level equipment to the infinite. Hats off to you Bernie and to your staff; you're the best ever!!
We built a new home and The Audio Store crew installed a great surround sound system for it. It included Marantz receiver and Blue Ray as well as Paradigm speakers. The products are great but the personal service was the difference. Highly recommend.
Stopped by today for a new Project Turntable. Jon was able to help me out, and get me into the Xtention 10 in Olive wood. They set it up while i went to lunch, came back and set to go!! at home and hooked up and spinning away!! thanks for the great service again.
