These salesmen are not sharks. They understand the products they sell and they work hard to find a solution for what you are looking for. The gentleman I worked with, David, spent an hour and a half with me going ever a dozen and a half options, breaking down every single cent to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. No T went uncrossed. Staff is friendly and is more concerned about getting you the right product, rather than making a commission. Which is an extremely rare trait nowadays. So if you're headed in, all for David! But know you'll be in good hands no matter who you work with.
Christine was awesome. I loved when I walked in that I wasn't immediately bombarded by sales people. Took a minute or two for my mom and I to get a feel for the store and then she gently approached us. She provided us the basic info for how to move around the store and then gave us freedom to look. Check back in with us and helped me find the perfect couch. She listened to my needs and was very efficient. Thank you!
Salesman Jonathan Simmons was very helpful and professional. Once I found the furniture I liked he was able to give me the price that was affordable. He was such a pleasant and courteous young man to work with. He even took the time to explain the furniture protection plan. Way to go Jonathan Simmons.
We have been shopping for living room furniture for the past month. We found the perfect set at Ashley. The furniture is reasonably priced. There is a variety of styles. The staff is friendly and helpful. i will go back to purchase a kitchen set in the future.
Patti was our salesperson and was very helpful, courteous and not pushy. She did her best to accommodate our needs. We were there with 2 kids under 3, so her patience was much appreciated. The store was clean and welcoming. Much better than our experience at Bob’s furniture. Now we are looking forward to getting our new living room set delivered.
