Until at least 30 min was spent writing up the order. No more lazy boy for me won’t let me post unless I️ give 1 star
Ok experience... sales associate did not correctly price my 2 pieces of furniture... had I seen another piece at another store I liked I would have purchased elsewhere.. came back later in the day and had the pricing adjusted then purchased at Laz Boy
A big factor in my decision to purchase a couch from here was the staff was willing to work with what I was looking for (I get that my shopping style is probably a bit different than most). I found similar options at similar prices at other stores but just found your staff much more enjoyable to deal with. They also took the time to figure out why I had the opinions I had which help them find me something that was exactly what I was looking for.
Wonderful shopping experience no sales push great selection and price
Been there many times mostly salespeople are to busy to help or you have to hunt them down. Went in to make a purchase since there was a sale. Big signs posted everywhere 30% off everything in the store. Except for what I wanted to purchase. I️ was told in very small print at the way bottom of the add everyday low price excluded. Of course this didn’t come up
Super patient and knowledgeable staff. Never felt pressured, such a relaxing and pleasant experience! Loved that the interior decorator was included!!
