We were very disappointed with the quality of the furniture that we received. It was not as good as in the past. We had to have 2 visits by a repair person to fix new furniture. Customer service was poor. We will not shop here again.
No pressure, just nice conversations. The staff are more designers than sales so they are more laid back and willing to help. The furniture seems to be of a higher quality than your typical furniture store.
This is a great, if expensive, furniture store with helpful staff and a lot of customization options. I'd definitely recommend it if you've got very specific ideas about how you want your space and like picking out fabrics and styles.
