This was our second shopping experience with Justin as our salesperson. Both occasions were exceptionally pleasant. When we were shopping for a new mattress he showed us all of our options explaining each to our satisfaction. When we had made our choice he went on to tell us about accessories that might interest us and the advantages to each of them. We never felt that there was any pressure to purchase additional items although we did. Recently we were shopping for a living room set. We asked to see the "Katie" and Justin clearly explained all of its features and our options for combining pieces. Since this transaction was so easy we decided to look at bedroom furniture as a possible future purchase. With Justin's clear but easygoing assistance we decided on a bedroom purchase that same day. He is an outstanding representative for your company and if we have any need for additional furniture we would specifically as for Justin to be our salesperson.
WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! ! My husband and I went into Bob's on a whim. We were greeted at the door by a gentleman named Ron Nystrom. He was smiling and ready to help. He asked all the right questions and from that led us to ONLY the types of furniture we were interested in. No fluff!! He connected with my husband through a common interest and that made us feel even more comfortable. Thanks Ron for offering us tailor-made options and helping us pick the BEST furniture for our home! We will be back ...and we will be looking for Ron!!!
There was no pressure at the store to buy, I shopped around and this was the best deal. The delivery was right on time and there was away to check on where they were , you could see on a map. And the set upset was fast. Very pleased with everything.
My husband and I have bought most of the furniture in our home from Bob's. During our last visit, we were looking for a new living room set, our salesperson, Shelly, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We requested a certain type of fabric and she was very helpful in expediting the order. What started out as a five week wait was delivered in 3weeks. Always been a pleasant experience dealing with Bob's. Shelly is a great salesperson and will treat you with the utmost respect.
I had a fantastic experience. I liked that the seller didn't tried to put on my back something I couldn't afford just so he could make his sale. If you need a great seller just look for Giacomo Fiore, his is fun, nice and will respect your budget if you let him know what you need.
